Pawozo (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted pet-life platform at pawozo.com and related apps. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you browse, create an account, or use our services.

Depending on how you use Pawozo, we may collect:

• Account details such as name, email, password (hashed), country, city, and phone number
• Pet profile and care data you choose to store (species, health notes, medicines, activities, family invites)
• Files you upload (for example profile or pet photos, health attachments)
• Usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (including via cookies or similar technologies — see our Cookies Policy)
• Communications you send us (support requests, feedback)

Some pet-care content may be considered sensitive depending on your jurisdiction. We only process what you voluntarily provide to run the service.

• Create and secure your account
• Provide core features (pets, health, activity, family, AI assistant)
• Send service emails (verification, password reset, security notices)
• Improve product performance and reliability
• Send optional product updates if you enable marketing preferences
• Comply with law and protect against abuse

We process data where needed to perform our contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest (security, product improvement) that does not override your rights, where required by law, or where you consent (for example certain cookies or marketing emails).

We use subprocessors to host and operate Pawozo (for example cloud database/auth/storage and email delivery). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

We keep account and pet data while your account is active. You can export or delete your account from Settings. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Use in-product tools (Download My Data / Delete My Account) or email pawozo9273@gmail.com.

We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, and row-level security on user data stores. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.

Pawozo is not directed to children under 16 (or the digital-consent age in your country). If you believe a child provided data, email pawozo9273@gmail.com to remove it.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including where our hosting providers operate). Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, additional notice in the product.
