By accessing or using Pawozo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Pawozo provides tools to help manage pet profiles, health-related notes, activity, family sharing, and AI-assisted guidance. Features may change as we iterate. Some capabilities may be beta, limited, or unavailable in your region.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of content you upload (pet details, notes, images). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve Pawozo. Do not upload content you lack rights to share.

Pawozo and any AI responses are for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If your pet may be in danger, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency service immediately.

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use
• No attempts to break security or scrape the service unfairly
• No impersonation or misuse of other people’s data
• No uploading malware or prohibited content

The product may integrate third-party services (maps, AI providers, hosting). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing.

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawozo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or risk to the service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise. Update this section with counsel once your corporate entity and jurisdiction are finalized.
